About Me

A lifetime dealing with dysfunctional relationships and traumatic events only to be replaced with eating disorders that led to obsessive dieting, postnatal depression, and finally ten years of IVF that included a miscarriage at 18 weeks causing the loss of one of the twins, but resulted in a beautiful son. Looking back, I could have continued to ride the tidal wave of an unhappy life. Yet, with healing and transformation came a personal epiphany.

My tragic experiences have inspired me to connect with others with similar stories which prompted me to dedicate my newfound life to helping these individuals heal from trauma, pain and self-doubt, and navigate towards a more purposeful and fulfilled life.
